YOGA

We incorporate wisdoms from traditional ashtanga training and practice with learnings from rocket and yin yoga, to create sequences which are optimally energising and empowering that will leave you feeling strong and serene.

What is Ashtanga?

Ashtanga is an ancient form of yoga. In Sanskrit, ashtanga means 'eight limbs', i.e. elements of practice, of which the physical, or asana practice, is only one. This physical practice, which naturally helps strengthen the body and improve flexibility, is combined with other elements of ashtanga, such as pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, which help centre the mind.
