MEET THE FOUNDER

Emily bridges cutting-edge research with ancient wisdom to guide people back to present-moment awareness. Using breathwork and mindfulness as key tools, she supports transformative journeys toward greater connection, creativity, and alignment with each individual's innate wisdom.

Her decade-long fascination with altered states shaped her academic path—culminating in a PhD exploring the intersection of contemplative practices and psychopharmacology—and her professional work as a breathwork facilitator and mindfulness coach. With foundations in neuroscience and psychology, Emily brings a scientific perspective to contemplative practices alongside a passion for making them more accessible for all.
